In May, Vintage Pearl is offering a complimentary bottle of house wine
for every two dinners purchased on Thursdays.

Steak Bernaise: A 8 oz. USDA Grade A Filet stuffed with King Crab and finished with a Bernaise Sauce.
Veal Marsala: Tender Veal Cutlets lightly battered in flour then sauteed with portabello mushrooms and finished with a marsala wine sauce.
Rack of Lamb: Grilled and finished with a rosemary demi glace.
Land and Sea:
6 oz. USDA Grade A Filet finished with a Au Poivre sauce served with a 5oz. Lobster Tail baked and served with drawn butter.
