February 2011 Employee of the Month Manuel Moreno Congratulations! Thanks to our wonderful Boat Captain for his daily hard work helping out at the dive shop, keeping the boats clean and prepared daily for our guests to go diving and his great personality and winning smile! Gracias, por su trabajo y esfuerzo aquí en el hotel, siempre a tiempo todos los días, dispuesto a ayudar en las cosas de la tienda de buceo y del hotel, muy atento con los botes de buceo, manteniéndolos limpios y listo todas las mañanas para nuestros huéspedes, que desean bucear, excelente personalidad y siempre sonriente.

January 2011 Employee of the Month Carlos Solorzano Bananarama thanks Carlos Solorzano for his daily dedicated work on the various construction projects going on at the resort. He is always at work on time and ready to start the next job without being asked! We appreciate your willingness to work hard! Gracias, por tu trabajo de construcción aquí dentro del hotel, todos los días entras puntualmente para trabajar y listo para comenzar el día, ayudando a cada departamento que necesita su ayuda en la parte de construcción, cuando terminas un proyecto asignado siempre vienes a preguntar qué es el siguiente proyecto, y eso es lo que hace un buen trabajador, porque siempre están buscando cosas que hacer.

Wednesday: 11am - 3pm Thirsty Turtle at the beach front.

Thursday and Friday: 6pm - 10pm Vintage Pearl Restaurant

Saturday: 5:30pm - 9:30pm Thirsty Turtle

Sunday 4pm - 7pm Kristofer and the Cultura Band and then 7pm - 9pm George Adams. Inbetween are the fun crab races and fire dancer show!

Guests Favorite Entrees at Vintage Pearl this Season

Steak Bernaise: A 8 oz. USDA Grade A Filet stuffed with King Crab and finished with a Bernaise Sauce.

Veal Marsala: Tender Veal Cutlets lightly battered in flour then sauteed with portabello mushrooms and finished with a marsala wine sauce.

Rack of Lamb: Grilled and finished with a rosemary demi glace.

Land and Sea:
6 oz. USDA Grade A Filet finished with a Au Poivre sauce served with a 5oz. Lobster Tail baked and served with drawn butter.

Remember, the menu changes daily and our selections are always fresh and seasonally delicious!
